Residential skilled nursing at Loretto provides long-term care for older adults requiring enhanced support and 24-hour care in their homes. Patient health care needs are met by caring, well-trained interdisciplinary teams with expertise in the lifestyle and health care needs of older adults.

Residential skilled nursing care is offered at the Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center’s Cunningham skilled nursing building and Fahey RehabilitationThe Nottingham’s Senior Living Community’s Residential Health Care Facility, The Commons on County House Road and The Commons on St. Anthony.

Loretto can provide skilled nursing care in your home or community through PACE CNY, Loretto’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly in cooperation with St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center.
