Assisted Living Program

Assisted Living

The Assisted Living Program at Buckley Landing is for medically stable
individuals who qualify for placement in a nursing home facility and are eligible for Medicaid.

In addition to standard services listed above in our Enriched Living Program, the Assisted Living Program also provides:

  •  Reminders and escorts to meals
  •  Assistance with oxygen therapy and glucose monitoring
  •  Bathroom (toileting) assistance
  • Assistance with occasional transfers from bed to chair
