Eligibility

Potential residents must meet the following criteria:

Age 45 or older
Residents need to attend a day program, and/or volunteer or work at least three days a week
A diagnosed mental illness, and one of the following:
Supplemental security income or social security disability related to a diagnosed mental illness
Extended impairment in function due to a designated mental illness
Reliance on psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation and supports
Medicaid eligible
