Our Staff

The staff of Loretto Community Residences are dedicated to improving the quality of life of residents.

Community Residences Staff:

  • A site supervisor for each site

*Site supervisors and senior counselors are case managers for each resident.  This ensures that residents' physical, mental, social, and financial needs are met.  They also provide direct care and training for residents which emphasize independence in all activities of daily living. Residence counselors work closely with residents to create goals, implement activities, supervise/assist with medications, defuse potential crises and help residents with community integration.

A Word From the Executive Director

"Loretto Community Residences has been promoting Independence since 1984.  Our primary goal is to work closely with each resident, helping them determine a healthy self-directed path for themselves. In this safe, respectful environment, a person is offered the opportunity to reach their stated goals.

I believe the greatest gift we can give to another is to treat them in a respectful and dignified manner. Respectfulness and preserving each individual’s dignity is the standard set for the program."
